Buyer notes 

1. All orders are shipped by SF express. (updated 01-09-2019)

2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information

3. If the order has any pre-order item, we will wait until all item arrives and deliver together.

4. If we receive return package from courier which the address, contact number or any information provided by the customer is incorrect, customer needs to pay the delivery fee again and rescheduled delivery. 

5. Our Company will not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, the customer shall bear the risk. Please check the goods immediately after receiving goods. If there is any error of goods or style, you should reject the post and let the courier company return to our company.

6. If you find the product is damaged or have quality problems after receiving the goods, we apologize for it and please notify us within 7 days from the receiving day. We will follow the returns policy for the replacement. Please be careful not to open to use, retain the packaging and all accessories.

7. If you would like to refund product, customer will need to bear the returning shipping fee and we will charge 5% of the total order amount for the administrative fee. For example product price HKD$300, we will refund HKD$285

Customers only need to add products into the shopping cart and choose your country, the delivery fee will be shown with weight.

1. 3kg below will be delivered by E-express/SF-express (depends on country).
    3kg or above will be delivered by EMS. 
    Oversea delivery time is approximately 3-14 business days.

2. All products are sent from Hong Kong warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
